Zoe is a Registered Psychologist with experience working in hospitals, schools, and private practice. Zoe completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (honours) and a Masters of Mental Health in London, UK.

Zoe has experience using Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness to aide adolescents and adults with a range of diagnoses such as; anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma and borderline personality disorder. Zoe utilises goal centred therapy to assist clients in improving their quality of life by teaching them both coping mechanisms and preventative strategies. Additionally, Zoe has worked with parents of children experiencing mental health difficulties to best meet their child’s needs, support the parent and improve their familial structure.

Zoe has several years of experience working with NDIS clients and continues to work in the NDIS space. Additionally, Zoe uses her knowledge of the NDIS to manage a team of early career psychologists.

Zoe is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and can therefore offer Medicare rebates.

Zoe has a paper published in BONE medical journal comparing multiple eating disorders across a variety of different variables. Zoe has since moved back to Australia in the past 3 years and has been utilising her skills in both research and private practice.
