Faye has a Masters degree in Psychology from Monash University and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS).
Faye has a client-centred therapeutic approach and provides a supportive and non-judgmental environment for clients using a range of techniques tailored to her client’s specific needs, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness. She believes in empowering clients with information and strategies to manage their challenges. Faye has substantial experience with a range of mental health issues including anxiety and mood disorders, adjustment difficulties, and neurodiversity including Autism and ADHD.
